Is Fair CarPool a taxi or transportation company?
Fair CarPool is a platform that helps drivers and passengers coordinate shared rides. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not operate vehicles or itself provide the transportation.
Can I post a request when I cannot find a ride?
Yes. The app provides a ride-request option where you can share the route and time you need so a driver can respond.
Does the app track my location all the time?
Location access depends on the permissions you grant and the feature in use. Live trip sharing is used during an active trip when enabled and permitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
