Delete your Fair CarPool account

You can request the deletion of your Fair CarPool account and associated personal information. Choose the in-app deletion option or contact our team by email.

Ways to delete

Two simple ways to request deletion.

The mobile app contains an account-deletion option. If you cannot access the app, you can send us an email request instead.

Option 01 · In the mobile app

Delete directly in the app

If you can sign in, use the account-deletion option available within the Fair CarPool mobile app.

Open the Fair CarPool mobile app and sign in.
Locate and select the app's Delete Account option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit or complete your deletion request.

App screen names and steps may vary by version. You do not need to email us if the in-app deletion flow handles your request.

Option 02 · Email request

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to contact support, email us from the email address linked to your Fair CarPool account, if possible.

Send an email to ecomtestclient@gmail.com.
Use the subject Fair CarPool Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can find it and, if necessary, verify ownership.

For security, please do not include passwords, OTP codes, identity documents, or payment-card details in your first email.

What information is covered?

Account deletion may involve personal data associated with your account, such as:

Account and profile information.
Stored preferences and saved places.
Ride, booking, message, and review information associated with the account, subject to applicable retention obligations.

What may be retained?

Some information may be held where required or permitted by applicable law or necessary for:

Payment and accounting obligations.
Legal matters, disputes, and fraud prevention.
Complaint, security, or safety investigations.
Temporary backup retention pending expiry or replacement.

Retention periods depend on the type of record and applicable requirements. Contact support for details relevant to your request.

Important: Uninstalling the Fair CarPool app does not, by itself, delete your account. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing an emailed request. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
